Harder than it looks...

You wouldn't think it would be that hard to avoid wheat, processed foods, and sugar...but take today.  I got up and had a ham sandwich.  (Pretty much all processed).  I wanted something sweet, and could choose between cereal, pudding, sugar free pudding pops...all processed.  And, I wanted something munchy.  We had crackers, chips, popcorn, etc...again, processed, processed, and processed.

I need to do some shopping to be able to bypass  the temptations.

And I need to watch my stress level, so that I my default doesn't become processed, sugar, etc.
