Yes, it's been awhile...
But I've been playing around with eating "real food"...that is, no processed foods, no wheat, no sugars--but food as close to its natural form as I can.  
I know it's going to be healthier to not have additives and artificial flavors, etc...But I want to track it--first, to be held accountable, and second, to in fact track any health benefits.
Today, day 1:
Eggs
almond and brussel sprout salad
sweet potatoes
Turkey
cucumbers
cheese
sour cream
almond milk, berries, bananas
