God's year

It is a little easier when the whole world is your support group on January 1.  But I thank God for my First Place ladies, who have been holding me up before God for 2 years now.

I am doing one big goal for 2012:  walking (or running) every day in 2012.  When I did that in 2006, I lost tons of weight and felt so much healthier.  Enough excuses; I need to do what God is calling me to do--get healthy enough to take the next steps He has for me.


***2012 mileage so far:  5 miles.
