Aliens and Strangers
I have a friend who leaves for Disney World Friday. Each day this week, he has posted things like photos of the place he is staying, his reservation confirmations for food, the weather, etc. It's clear this week he is "living" for when he can leave and go on vacation.
It made me think about today's bible study, which talked about our being 'aliens and strangers' here, looking forward to another country. Why aren't I like this friend every day--working at my job and living this life, but looking forward to and eagerly anticipating Heaven?
