Quinoa, Collard greens and fun

As of the beginning of the new year, I'm trying to pick up things I haven't tried before , to see if I like them, and learn how to cook with them.

I have become addicted to collard greens.  I stir fry them in about a tablespoon of olive oil, and add slivers of almonds.

Quinoa (pronounced "Keen-wa"), I've tried with black beans, and cooked in a chicken bouillon base.
